The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420/406 IPC registered in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013.

Accusation is that the petitioner induced the informant to pay Rs.4500/- for issuing forged degrees to the informant’s three daughters to enable them to seek employment.

Submission is of false implication and in any event the very object of the payment in question could not have been said to be legal. It is further submitted that even

according to the accusations no certificates have been issued by the petitioner much less forged ones.

Considering the above facts, as such, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned, as also that the petitioner will also deposit a sum of Rs.4500/- in the learned trial Court for being handed over to the informant.
