- The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bairia P.S. Case No. 110 of 2012.
- Accusation is that the selection of Smt. Hasboon Nesha as Anganwari Sevika was challenged by the petitioner before Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah by filing Case No. R.M.60/11-12 by which the petitioner is alleged to have filed marks-sheet showing total 539 marks secured by the petitioner out of 700 marks which were found to be forged.
