The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was going through his Bolero vehicle at 9.00 p.m. on 18.12.2013, he saw two persons having dagger and pistol stopped his vehicle. The petitioner and other co-accused were identified in the light of the vehicle. Allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs. 10,000/- from the informant and another accused also took Rs. 200/- and mobile sets from the driver.

Submission is that the village is divided in two groups. Earlier Mukhiya was Rajiv Ranjan Singh and the petitioner was his supporter. Rajiv Ranjan Singh lost the election

and present Mukhiya is Arvind Rai and that was the reason of false implication. In para-3 of the petition the petitioner has mentioned that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 288 of 2013.
