The informant Antima Devi in her written statement has alleged that torn her blouse when Mandodri Devi came and tried to intervene then she was assaulted by this petitioner and Chokat Sahni. The informant was brought to hospital.
Submission is that the victim Mandodri Devi in her statement before the I.O. has stated that in fact the petitioner had intervened and tried to pacify the matter. She was brought to
