The petitioners are languishing in custody since 0 4.09.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable u nder Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 489(B) (C) (E) and 120B of t he Indian Penal Code.

On secret information that the transaction of counterfeit currency notes is going on the house of Panchanand Mandal was raided when 106 fake currency notes were recovered. The petitioners are not in the FIR. Their name subsequently sprang up during investigation as the accomplice of Panchanand Mandal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that neither there is any recovery from the petitioners nor they

have been apprehended from the place of recovery.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not accused in similar nature of offence from before.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013.
