The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 498(A), 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. A complaint was filed which was referred to police and the FIR was registered. Allegation of torture by all the in-laws of the complainant/informant in connection with dowry related demands and assault.
Submission is that the injuries were found to be simple and Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is not made out.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that charge sheet has also been submitted under Section 307 of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Araria in connection with Forbisganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2013.
