The petitioner is sole named accused of the case which has been registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Initially a complaint was filed and the FIR was registered. Allegation is that he has taken money on the promise of tripling it after six years.

Submission is that two cases were filed against the petitioner by one family. One case was filed by the daughter-inlaw of the complainant in which the petitioner has been granted bail and the present case has been filed on behalf of mother-in-law in which he is in custody since 7.10.2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2013.
