The petitioners are accused of the case which has been registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(II)(V) of the SC/ST Act. Allegation against the petitioners and two unknown is of assaulting Anil Ram.

Submission is that the deceased himself was a veteran criminal and a convict of Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2010. There is general allegation. The petitioners have not been implicated in any other case in past.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing
