The petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased of a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Informant’s daughter Arti was married with petitioners’ son Dharmendra Kumar Sah in the year 2013. Subsequently, she was burnt to death by her in-laws due to her inability to fulfill the demand of additional dowry.

Submission is that during investigation it has come that the victim was not getting proper treatment by her husband, so she committed suicide. It has been submitted that the prayer for

bail of the husband of the deceased has already been rejected. The petitioners who are the parents were separate from the deceased or her husband since long.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Siwan in Siwan Mufassil (O.P.Dhanauti) P.S.Case No. 315 of 2013.
