The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that one nokia mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and from para-3 of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. No fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
