The petitioner is husband of the deceased of the case registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
A supplementary affidavit containing the depositions of the witnesses have been filed to show the slow progress of the trial.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2009 and still there is not possibility of the trial to culminate in near future. The petitioner has been implicated after recovery of dead body which was not identified this has come in depositions
on non-else but the informant who is brother of the deceased.
