- Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 47-A, 47-F of the Bihar Excise Act. He is said to be in possession of 41 litres of Mahua liquor and 255 Kgs. of Jawa Mahua. Besides the present case he is not accused in any other excise case, which fact is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.
