9 12-03-2014 Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has no objection in making payment for 2635 units after deducting the minimum charge which the petitioner has paid for those months in which he has been charged on the basis of minimum guarantee i.e. October, 2010-September, 2011. Counsel for the petitioner further states that new meter installed in the premises of the petitioner also went wrong as it began to record incorrect reading from October, 2011 and for subjecting the new meter for testing a request was made under representation dated 12.12.2011 referred

to in the subsequent representation dated 31.01.2013, Annexure-3 to the contempt petition.
South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. submits that for testing the meter petitioner has to apply. Once application is made by the petitioner his meter shall again be subjected to test. In the light of the test report revised bill, if necessary, will be raised with effect from 12.12.2011.
