Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 354,341,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report as the one who along with Sachidanand Das and one unknown came to the informant and asked her mobile number and thereafter Sachidanand Das is said to have abused her on telephone. Sachidanand Das is already in custody.
Let petitioner above named surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of 5,000/- ( Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
