The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 216 A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

In the late evening of 28.11.2012 a raid was conducted and one country made pistol with magazine, 7.65 bore rifle, cartridge and a mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner who was present with five other criminals. Submission is that Arms was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only mobile was recovered from him. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2012.

above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV/concerned Court, Aurangabad in S. Tr. No. 125 of 2013 / 28 of 2013 arising out of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 393 of 2012.
