The informant’s daughter Manraji Devi was married
in the year 2011 with Namo Narain Bind, son of the petitioners. She was being pressurized by her husband to bring one motorcycle. On account of her failure to bring motorcycle she was being subjected to torture. She was badly assaulted then the informant was informed that his daughter had met a railway accident and the dead body was kept at Mohania. In course of treatment she has died. Submission is that the petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased and the allegation of demand is only against the husband.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2013.
