The petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2013 in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant’s sister was married with the petitioner became mother of several issues. She had strained relationship with her husband so she left her husband’s house and started residing at her maternal father’s house. On the date of occurrence, the informant’s son accompanied the deceased and both went to forest for picking wood. The informant’s son was asked to return. Subsequently the dead body of the informant’s wife was recovered and it was suspected that the petitioner might have killed her.
Submission is that there is no witness of the

occurrence and according to the FIR and even during entire investigation suspicion of the informant has not been corroborated by any eye witness. Further submission is that the petitioner is a man of fair antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ist/court concerned, Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No. 355 of 2013, arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 80 of 2010.
