Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that processes have already been deposited and in the aforesaid background the effect of peremptory order is made sterile inviting revival of Cr.W.J.C. No. 256 of 2012 to its original status.
Consequent thereupon, Cr.Misc. No. 33138 of 2014
is allowed.
