The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Belhar P.S.Case no. 133/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 and 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(v)(x)(xi)(xiv) and (xv) of SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Banka.

From plain reading of the FIR itself it reveals that there being allegation of humiliating the informant and her other caste men uttering filthy words including caste name in public view and as such anticipatory bail being not maintainable is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail with all their defences which
