2 25-06-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr.
No. 106 of 2013 arising out of Chiraia P.S.Case No. 204 of 2012
registered under Sections 302, 324 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal
Code pending in the Court of 4 th Additional Sessions judge, East
Champaran, Motihari.
Allegedly the petitioner gave Fasuli blow causing the
death of the brother of the informant.
Submission at the Bar for release of the petitioner is
that during examination the informant has stated to have inflicted
the knife blow and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 22-
08-2012 whereas other co accused Chander Manjhi has already
been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court to which learned

A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail by submitting that the case of the petitioner is on different footing and the trial is likely to be concluded.
