The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught with stolen TVS motor cycle bearing registration no. BR01 BD 8949 along with other co accused with stolen vehicle.
Submission is that the petitioner has been made victim of the circumstances. From earlier he has got no criminal antecedent and after this case he has been remanded in three cases. He is in custody since 27/08/2013. He has been sufficiently punished.
In the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, Munchun Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda in

Bihar P.S.Case No. 280/2013,subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
