Allegedly four miscreants after surrounding the informant and others snatched Rs. 1900/- from the informant and further snatched a motor cycle and tried to kill him.

Submission is that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co accused, Gulshan Kumar Jha and he was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45523 of 2006, he has no hand in commission of crime and he is suffering in custody since 25/03/204 without any legal and cogent material having no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, Manish Kumar, shall be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sandeep Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Purnea in Banmankhi P.S.Case No. 18/06(GR No.160/06), subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
