At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case similarly situated co accused Pappu Yadav and Binay Yadav @ Binay and Dharmendra Rai @ Dharmendra @ Dharmendra Kumar have already been allowed bail by another Bench of this Court vide orders dated 07/05/2014 and 10/06/2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 11253 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No.22510 of 2014 whereas the petitioner is suffering in custody since 03/03/2014 to which the learned A.P.P. fairly concedes that the case of the petitioner is similar.
