The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Banka P.S. Case NO. 324 of 2009.
The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been rejected thrice by another Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22594 of 2011 on 09.11.2009, Cr. Misc. No. 8853 of 2012 on 25.07.2011 and Cr. Misc. No. 134 of 2013 on 07.01.2013, but the trial has not been expedited, resulting the petitioner is suffering in custody since 16.03.2011, whereas other co-accused Kesar Yadav has already been allowed bail by order dated 06.01.2011 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1338 of 2010, to which the learned A.P.P. seriously opposes by submitting that the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner has been rejected thrice by

a Bench of this Court and there is no fresh ground for reconsideration.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration, again the prayer for bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
However, trial Court is directed to take all positive steps to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within three months.
