The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 452 ( c ) of 2012 (Trial No. 2806 of 2012.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. In any event the petitioner expresses his readiness and willingness to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 452 (c) of 2012 (Trial No. 2806 of 2012) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C., with the additional condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 1,500/- per month regularly to the OP No. 2 and failure on any two consecutive occasions his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
