The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 323, 384, 420 IPC and Section 3(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act registered in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 344 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case bearing C.R. No. 537 of 2011.

It is submitted that even according to the accusations in the complaint, the ingredients of the offences under S.C./S.T. Act are not made out against these petitioners and the offensive words are said to have been uttered by Thakkan Choudhary. So also the

accusations for offences under penal Sections are general and omnibus in nature.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioners arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga, in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 344 of 2011 arising out of Complaint Case bearing C.R. No. 537 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
