The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147,148, 149, 452, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 504, 506 IPC registered in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2013.

It is submitted that the thrust of accusation of assault are against other persons and are general and omnibus as against these petitioners. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners claim clean

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioners arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
