The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 332, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(x) of SC/ST Act, registered in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusation on the face of it is improbable. In any event the ingredients of offence under S.C/S.T. Act are not made out. The accusations under penal Sections are ornamental.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts

and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Samastipur, in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
