The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 158 of 2013 pending in the Court of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the dispute of the informant might have been with her husband whereas the petitioner is her father-inlaw.

Learned counsel for the informant appears suo motu and has been heard.

Having regard to the specific nature of accusations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.

If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order. (Vikash Jain, J)
