The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 D.P. Act registered in connection with C.A. No. 130 of 2013. 3. It is submitted that even though the petitioner has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal life, it is the complainant who is resisting the company of the petitioner. It is further submitted that admittedly the opposite party no. 2 was not taken to the matrimonial home after marriage itself and hence the question of any physical torture does not arise.
