The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 333, 307, 353, 506 and 504 of the IPC registered in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013. 3. Ahmad Khan, who was part of the Police team which had accompanied the informant to the place of occurrence at village Karu Bigha. The petitioner is the resident of village Dhansura which is said to be situated 6 to 7 Kilometers away. It is further submitted that no specific overt act of assault has been attributed to the petitioner.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
