On a tip off the police went to the place of occurrence and raided the godown of one Guddu Kumar and found a vehicle unloading some bags containing Mahua flowers. On query, the Khalasi of the vehicle stated that the same belonged to the petitioner.

On perusal of the bail application it appears that the petitioner does not carry criminal antecedent.

Learned APP has stated that except the aforesaid allegation there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the allegation and the facts that the petitioner does not carry any criminal antecedent, this Court is

persuaded to privilege the petitioner with anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest/surrender within three weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. P.K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close relative of the petitioner.
