On 03.03.2014 the present appeal was called out for hearing when this Court passed the following order:-
“Nobody appears on behalf of the appellants or the respondents when this appeal has been called out for hearing. Put up tomorrow by way of last indulgence to the appellant.”
The plaintiffs are the appellants. The suit filed by the plaintiffs for declaration of title and recovery of possession over schedule-I land was dismissed by the learned trial court. Aggrieved thereby an appeal was preferred vide T.A. No. 12 of 1985. The appellate court also dismissed the appeal. Aggrieved thereby the present appeal has been filed.
