The petitioner being husband of the deceased has filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Within five years of marriage the deceased died unnatural death in the matrimonial home.

The allegation levelled by the informant is that the inlaws including the husband ( petitioner) had committed murder of his daughter who was married only five years ago.

Considering the allegations and the seriousness of the offence with which the petitioner has been charged, I am not inclined to privilege him with anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before the Court below. In the event of doing so, the Court below shall consider his application on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order passed in this proceeding.
