3 08-08-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

While the sessions trial was posted for charge petitioner became absent and was represented on so many dates under Section 317 of the Cr.P.C. flouting the order of the court to be physically present and on account thereof, on 24.08.2006, his bail bond was cancelled. Thereafter, he remained absent and lastly he has been apprehended in Phoolidumar (Amarpur) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014 dated 14.03.2014 and then thereafter, got remanded in this case facilitating framing of charge.

Taking into account the conduct of the petitioner,

although the petitioner Bipin Panjiyara is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with
