The petitioner is of clean past and is accused in a case which has been registered under Sections 406, 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The tractor of the informant was given at Sabour Agricultural University on rent. Sons of the informant were working as driver there. This petitioner is driver of the vehicle. It has been alleged that he has taken the tractor outside and has not returned.

Submission is that the petitioner is driver and his salary remains dues on the informant and on demand this false case has been instituted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 203 of 2013.
