The petitioners seek bail in a case which has been registered for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 414, 411 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is a Police Officer and on secret information he caught two persons upon a car and on search 6 ATM cards were recovered from the petitioner no.1 and 7 ATM cards and a mobile were recovered from petitioner no.2. Submission is that the petitioners are men of clean past and the car in question was not a stolen one. The petitioners were in possession of the papers showing ownership of the car in favour of father of Ravi Kumar.
