counsel for the State.
The petitioner who is in custody since 10 th March,
2014 seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 363 and 366 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that co-accused, Sikandar Kumar
Yadav, having identical allegation to that of the petitioner, has
already been granted bail vide order dated 24.01.2014 passed in
Cr. Misc. No. 3371 of 2014 by this Court.
Considering the reasons assigned in the aforesaid
order dated 24.01.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to
be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with
two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajrali P.S.
Case No.41 of 2013.
