The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is contended that admittedly no firearm was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The recovery of the firearm was from possession of co-accused Laltu Kumar. It has further been contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24th January, 2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
