The present application has been filed for |
|
quashing the order dated 20.09.2013 passed by the |
|
learned J.M. Ist Class, Madhepura, in G.R. No. 1144 |
|
of 2011, Gamharia P.S. Case No. 61 of 2011 whereby |
|
the learned court below failed to consider the |
|
application for cancellation of bail of the opposite |
|
parties filed by the petitioner. |
|
From the impugned order, it appears that |
|
though application was filed under Section 437(2) of |
|
Cr. P.C. but none appeared to press the application. |
|
In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is |
|
not inclined to interfere. However, the petitioner |
|
will be at liberty to take recourse to other remedy |
|
available. |
|
With this observation, the application is |
|
disposed off. |
