The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R., of Gardanibagh (Shashtri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 302/1999 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387/34, 432, 364 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the statutory duty of the police to investigate a cognizable offence but it is submitted that till date investigation has not concluded which reflects very shocking state of affairs.
The application is disposed off with liberty
to the petitioner to raise all contentions after
conclusion of investigation.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna,
is directed to get investigation of Gardanibagh
(Shashtri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 302 of 1999 and
conclude the same within one month of receipt of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1714 of 2014 (2) dt.16-01-2014

been concluded.
