No. 42747 of 2010 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of preemptory order dated 24.10.2013 to the extent that requisites were not submitted for issuance of notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the requisites have already been filed on 22.11.2013. On the ground mentioned in the restoration application, Cr. Misc. No. 42747 of 2010 is restored to its original file. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
