Harish due to the reason that the deceased was objecting the illicit relationship of Munni Khatoon and Vijay Kumar but during investigation the name of the petitioner and others transpired that due to enmity they might have killed the father of the informant.
Submission at the bar for release of the petitioner is that he is not named, there was no motive at all to kill the

deceased, the petitioner has been dragged in this case only on the confession made before the police and without any cogent and reliable material, the petitioner is suffering in custody since 16.08.2013 whereas similarly situated co-accused Jitendra Singh @ Jitendra Kumar Singh and Ramjee Rai @ Ramjee Yadav have already been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 53776 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 10905 of 2014 by another Benches of this Court to which the learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not dispute.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner, Raju Singh @ Langra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013.
