3 07-03-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned
counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been
registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code
and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After investigation
charge sheet has been submitted under Section 304B/34 of the
Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.
Submission is that the husband of the deceased is
already in custody and the petitioner is separate from the deceased
and her husband from before.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant
has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
