Altogether four persons are named as accused of the case which has been registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of giving fatal blow is against Binod Rai @ Lallu. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ist /his successor court,
