Fard-beyan of Vakil Singh led to registration of the case. Informant’s elder son Pappu Singh had been to give wages to the house of the petitioner but he did not return. The informant subsequently suspected that his son has been killed by the petitioner and others and the dead body was thrown in bush.
Submission is that there is no witness to the occurrence and except the suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. The Police has not examined Manoj singh who

accompanied the deceased. The deceased himself was a criminal and it has come during investigation that he has forcibly taken possession of five Bhighas of land and he was recently released form the Jail. The petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013.
