The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that out of four persons two apprehended namely Barun Kumar Das and Ajit Kumar have been admitted to bail by this Court. Their cases are identical with the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties
