informant. There is dispute with regard to partition of the family property between the parties. There is inordinate delay in lodging the first information report. The occurrence is of 19.3.2013 but it was report to Police on 6.4.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned Court, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2013.
