The petitioner is in custody in a case which has been registered under Sections 420, 341, 323, 504, 506, 384, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the S.C. & S.T. Act.

Submission is that major part of the occurrence has been disbelieved as the police has submitted charge sheet only under Sections 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case relates basically to sale and purchase of land. Initially, the petitioner has preferred anticipatory bail before this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 165 of 2014 and in that case Jai Narayan Sao was another petitioner. The petitioner was

apprehended during pendency of his bail application so his application for anticipatory bail became infructuous whereas other petitioner Jai Narayan Sao was granted anticipatory bail. The allegation was not of executing sale deed even after receiving Rs. 20,00,000/-.

Submission is that for settling a civil dispute the present case has been lodged so that the petitioner could be pressurized.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Laxmi Narayan Sao be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013.
