2 19-06-2014 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State. The petitioners are named accused of the case registered under Section 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 33 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.
The Police has intercepted a tractor and the petitioners were apprehended with 161 wooden logs.
Submission is that the petitioners have been arrested merely on suspicion and they had no concern either with the tractor or with the wooden logs which were seized.
In paragraph 3 it has been stated that the petitioners

have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014.
